As a wedding photographer, there are wedding days that are truly so special to you, and this is one of them. Fran and Hunter’s summer wedding day at Cress Creek Country Club was a dream!

Looking back on this wedding day has me remembering some of my favorite memories and details from the day. I loved the flowers that Fran chose for her wedding. The roses, greenery, and touches of blue were gorgeous. The cathedral veil completed Fran’s bridal look and made for the most dreamy photos of Fran and Hunter… Cathedral veils are what dreams are made of! 

During the getting ready portion of the day, Fran had a sweet first look moment with her dad. I just adore capturing father first looks. On a personal note, my father and I both cried during our first look on my wedding day. Capturing this moment was special!

Fran and Hunter shared their wedding day with a large wedding party. We were thankful that their wedding took place at such a beautiful location, the Cress Creek Country Club, because there were endless opportunities for photos. Even though it was misting rain on and off throughout the day, we were lucky that it cleared up, and we could still do portraits outside. Such beautiful bride and groom portraits! 

I remember this wedding day ending on such a fun note. The reception was a blast, the speeches were beautiful, and everyone was on the dance floor to celebrate the newlyweds. Congratulations again, Fran and Hunter!
