Kristy and JJ’s beautiful fall engagement session at Lilacia Park is finally making its way to the blog!
I met Kristy and JJ as they were planning their wedding a few years ago. The couple shared with me that JJ proposed to Kristy on a rooftop in Chicago overlooking the skyline. He planned a special day for Kristy and surprised her again after proposing when her friends and family joined them to celebrate.
As we planned their engagement session and selected Lilacia Park in Lombard as the location, we were even more excited about the photos because Kristy and JJ had just adopted a puppy. Their puppy, named Finn, was the star of the show when it came time for his photos!
This fall engagement session was a dream, and I loved taking Kristy and JJ’s fall engagement photos in Lombard. The following year, we absolutely loved photographing their Lake Geneva wedding at The Abbey. Stay tuned – Kristy and JJ’s wedding day will be featured soon in an upcoming blog post!
